Live Virtual Class Schedule
Live Virtual Pilates on the Ball™ classes with Colleen Craig are available anywhere you have internet access.
All classes are streamed through the Zoom platform and can be accessed on Android and Apple smartphones, tablets, and Windows and Mac computers and laptops.
Please note that classes are live and not recorded, and will run on schedule unless otherwise noted by Colleen.
Online Pilates Class Schedule
Please note that there will be no classes between March 2nd and March 30th, 2025. Classes will begin again on Monday, March 31st.

Equipment Needed
Depending on the level of class you are participating in, your level of experience, and your current physical strength, the following equipment is needed to participate in our online virtual Pilates classes. These items can be found online and at many fitness stores. Bands and balls can be found online from Merrithew under accessories. Hand weights are sold at Canadian Tire.
- Mini Stability Ball (small, blue – available for purchase at Merrithew.com)
- Long Latex-free Flex Band (yellow is regular strength – Available for purchase at Merrithew.com)
- Thick Pilates Mat or yoga mat on carpet
- A stable chair for the Chair and Standing Class
- A large 55cm ball for the Intermediate class – Available for purchase at Merrithew.com)
- Free weights (2 or 3 lbs); one heavier set (Available at Canadian Tire)
Virtual Pilates Class Fees
Your investment for 10-weeks of live virtual Pilates classes is $295.00 for current and returning students and $310.00 for new students. All fees are in Canadian dollars and include all taxes. All 10-week sessions must be finished in 10-weeks unless previous arrangements have been made. In case of medical problems, illness, or a vacation arrangements can be made to suspend your classes for a pre-arranged period of time.
Payments can be made by cheque and e-transfer only, and there are no refunds.
Please let Colleen know when you will be away from your scheduled class(es) for longer than a week.
Disclaimer: Please ensure that you have been cleared by your medical doctor to partake in online Pilates on the Ball fitness classes live or recorded. This exercise program includes strength, core, flexibility training using flexbands, weights and balls. You must be in fair to good physical condition and not suffer from any physical ailment and/or taking medicine that would limit your participation in this exercise program. Work at your own pace and listen carefully for watchpoints. Pay attention to modifications and stop if there is any discomfort. When in doubt, avoid an exercise. All students must download and sign waiver forms.
