20th Anniversary

Thanks to all of my students, some have been with me from the beginning.


Please note: There are no classes between July 14th and September 3rd, 2019.

Fees
A package of 20 classes is the most economical way to pay for your classes.
A package of 20 classes is $399, including tax.
A package of 10 classes is $245, including tax.

All equipment is provided including mats, balls, bands and weights.
All classes are one hour with the exception of Monday 5pm class which is 50 minutes.
Payment will be by cheque, etransfer or cash only and there are no refunds.
Please let the studio know when you will be away from your scheduled class(es)

Class Descriptions

Basic Ball: Safe enough for beginners and older adults. Large balls and weights are used.

Intermediate Ball: A challenging, fast-paced workout with large balls and weights.

Gentle Intermediate Mat: Small balls, bands and rollers are used. Intermediate variations and easier modifications will be shown.

Intermediate Mat: Small balls and bands are used in this challenging workout.

Basic Mat: Small balls and bands are used to enhance a safe, balanced mat class.

Strength Training on the Ball: Weights are used in conjunction with the instability of the ball. Challenging variations and easier modifications will be shown.
