Pilates Ball and Mat Courses With Colleen Craig


20th Anniversary

Thanks to all of my students, some have been with me from the beginning.


Please Note: There are no classes between December 22nd, 2019 and January 3rd, 2020.

Fees
All fees include tax.
10-week sessions cost $245 for returning students and $255 for new students.
Packages of 20 classes are $435 and are reserved for students who typically come twice a week.
Packages of 5 classes are $130 and are for students who come irregularly; please contact the studio by email to make sure space is available.

All equipment is provided including mats, balls, bands and weights.
All classes are one hour with the exception of Monday 4:10pm class which is 50 minutes.
Payment will be by cheque, etransfer or cash only and there are no refunds.
Please let the studio know when you will be away from your scheduled class(es)

Class Descriptions

Basic Ball: Safe enough for beginners and older adults. Large balls and weights are used.

Intermediate Ball: A challenging, fast-paced workout with large balls and weights.

Gentle Intermediate Mat: Small balls, bands and rollers are used. Intermediate variations and easier modifications will be shown.

Intermediate Mat: Small balls and bands are used in this challenging workout.

Basic Mat: Small balls and bands are used to enhance a safe, balanced mat class.

Strength Training on the Ball: Weights are used in conjunction with the instability of the ball. Challenging variations and easier modifications will be shown.
